Access to the Site is provided on a business-to-business basis only. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. - Services and Access
The Site provides recorded CPD and non-CPD educational webinars, materials, and assessments. Access to the Site is provided pursuant to arrangements between Credit Knowledge Limited and an employer, corporate client, or sponsoring organisation (“Sponsor”). No payments are processed through the Site. Access is conditional upon payment being received under separate invoicing arrangements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time. - User Accounts
Access requires a registered user account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including where:
• These Terms are breached;
• Access is withdrawn by a Sponsor;
• Invoicing arrangements cease;
• Continued access presents operational, legal, or reputational risk. - Employer Control
Where an account is created or funded by a Sponsor:
• The Sponsor exercises administrative control over the account;
• The Sponsor may access participation records, webinar activity, assessment results, CPD status, and account information at its sole discretion;
• The Sponsor may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its sole discretion;
• We may act on the Sponsor’s instructions without notice to the user.
Credit Knowledge Limited is not responsible for how a Sponsor uses, stores, or processes information once disclosed. - Inactive Accounts
An account will be deemed inactive where, for a continuous period of 12 months, any one or more of the following has not occurred:
• Login;
• Platform access;
• Webinar viewing;
• Quiz or assessment completion.
We may suspend or permanently delete inactive accounts and associated records without notice. Deletion may result in permanent loss of CPD records and assessment history. - CPD Responsibility
Participation records, assessment results, certificates, and CPD tracking information made available through the Site are provided for administrative and informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own professional development records and for ensuring compliance with any applicable regulatory, professional, or employer CPD requirements. Credit Knowledge Limited does not guarantee that participation in any webinar or completion of any assessment will satisfy the requirements of any professional body, regulator, or employer. Users must not rely solely on the Site as evidence of regulatory compliance. - Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, branding, and assessments on the Site are owned by or licensed to Credit Knowledge Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for professional purposes only. Users must not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or commercially exploit any content;
• Share login credentials;
• Provide access to unauthorised third parties.
Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action. - Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are excluded. We are not liable for reliance placed on webinar content. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity;
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed the fees paid by the Sponsor to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law. - Privacy
