    Where an account is created or funded by an employer or sponsoring organisation (“Sponsor”):
    • The Sponsor exercises administrative control;
    • The Sponsor may access participation data, CPD records, and account activity at its sole discretion;
    • The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the account at its sole discretion;
    • We may act on Sponsor instructions without notice.
    Once information is disclosed to a Sponsor, the Sponsor acts as an independent data controller for its own purposes.
  9. Sharing and Use of Contractors
    We may engage third-party service providers and contractors for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, development, security, marketing, advisory, and related services. Personal data may be processed by such providers on our behalf under contractual arrangements where required by law.
    We may disclose personal data where required by law or regulatory authority.

    Personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR will be applied.
